About the role
We’re looking for an Administrative Support I to join our growing team!
What you’ll do here:
- Perform various recurring administrative tasks such as shipping of documents, equipment or correspondence, entering data, scanning or filing, requisitioning equipment or supplies, setting up workstations, etc.
- Manage correspondence and ensure the quality and accuracy of information.
- Transcribe data from documents or databases using standardized practices.
- Respond to a variety of requests.
- Support projects or new initiatives as requested.
What you bring to the table:
- Administrative Technician or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-2 years experience working in the mailroom and handling mailroom equipment
- Legendary customer service and relationship building
- Exemplary written and verbal communication
- Highly organized and able to manage workflow efficiently without continuous supervision
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
