Role Description
We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant at an Entry Level to join our team in Toronto, ON. This is a part-time role located on-site. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to support our team. This includes managing calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings, organizing documents, answering phone calls, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous administrative experience is a plus
