Job Description
Plan Sponsor Administration is looking for a Payroll Implementation Consultant to join our AdminAdvantage Administration team. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, influential and passionate professional who is committed to building solid relationships while delivering on initiatives in a fast-paced and changing environment.

What will I be doing?
Manage relationships with the client and the client’s payroll provider to establish a payroll feed, set up the payroll interface(s) record keeping system and confirm integrity of test files sent during implementation.
Participate in internal and external payroll project team meetings.
Focus on escalated payroll plans and issues that are impacting the implementation timeline and ensure they are resolved before handing off to the in-force payroll team.
Process payrolls and serve as main payroll contact for “live” clients that have not yet transitioned to the in-force payroll administration team.
Act in a project manager role and have ownership of in-force plan payroll provider changes.
Attend training as required to stay current with system and product enhancements and process changes or improvements.
Assist with procedure development and management.
Act as the point of contact for escalated requests from both internal and external customers.
Identify client needs, issues and perceptions and develop action plans to ensure a positive client and member experience

Salary range is expected to be between
$56,400.00 CAD - $94,000.00 CAD
