Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional support to our team by managing client interactions, calls, and emails.
- Ensure smooth operation by handling mail, courier & fax items, and maintaining office supplies & petty cash.
- Meticulously manage documents, including proofing, formatting, scanning, and creating reports.
- Assist with financial tasks like reconciling disbursements, processing invoices, and entering data into databases.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and contribute to organizing office events.
- You'll play a key role in claims management, assisting with onboarding new programs and adjusting claims.
- Handle client account tasks, including managing cash cheques and online banking activities.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including the Finance and Operations teams in the UK.
- Maintain accurate financial and administrative records, ensuring adherence to operational standards.
- Partner with Examiners to facilitate payments and manage cash calls.
- Provide clerical support to the team and management as needed.
