What can I expect in this role?
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Weekly payroll processing for 75-85 workers
- Accounts Payable
- Administrative support to other office staff
Activities Include:
- Reconcile worker timesheets and customer sheets
- Calculate Pay based on correct hourly wage, using excel
- Verify attendance, hours worked and pay adjustments by speaking with workers and/or project managers
- Enter payroll and payable information into Sage
- Attendance tracking in excel
- Pay suppliers monthly through Sage by direct deposit and cheque
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders via phone, email and text
- Accurately file weekly source deductions
- Complete monthly remittances and reports for EHT, WSIB, RRSP and benefits
- Create utilization reports and labour reports
- Administrative support duties

How do I qualify?
Hard Skills:
- Sage Experience
- Excel
- Reliable transportation (note public transit is not available)
- Epicor experience is an asset

This is a Full-time Permanent Position. Hours of work consist of 40 hours/week. Pay is based on experience and ability. The pay range is $24.50-29.00/hour.
