Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with partners, managers and other senior staff to develop and implement tax and accounting strategies for clients
- Identifying and resolving accounting, audit and tax issues
- Developing strong technical audit, accounting and tax skills
- Implementation of CAATs using data analytics
- Identification of KPIs through technology
- Managing and reviewing engagement files
- Supporting, managing and mentoring firm staff
- Identifying and cultivating new sales/service opportunities for clients
- Playing a leadership role with respect to firm processes and software applications
A successful candidate will have:
- 3-5 years plus of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA designation
- Prior experience managing large increased risk engagements
- Proven technical skills in accounting and assurance
- Advanced accounting, tax and software knowledge
- Excellent leadership, communication and analytical skills
- A passion for client service
