Bookkeeper
We are a small family run business that requires a critical thinking, organized
Bookkeeper to join our team to contribute to our financial stability and success.
This position will handle all the company’s financial data and compliance by maintaining
accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll and daily financial entries
and reconciliations. Preparing and submitting HST, WSIB, Payroll Deductions ect.
Key Responsibilities:
Record all day-to-day financial transactions
Reconcile all bank accounts monthly
Process Accounts Receivable and payables
Process all cheques
Process Payroll
Maintain an organized filling system for easy retrieval
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of general accounting principals
Experience with bookkeeping and accounting software – preference will be given
to those that are familiar with Quick Books and Mitchell software
At least two years of bookkeeping experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Well organized and attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
