Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong computer skills and data entry experience
- Excellent clerical and administrative skills
- Customer service experience with a focus on phone etiquette
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations
- Experience with QuickBooks and bookkeeping office setting
- Knowledge of proofreading and customer support in a medical
- Bilingual in Korean is preferred
