Role Summary
Reporting to the Accounting director, the billing clerk will be responsible for accounts receivable, including all types of invoicing and collection.
Main Responsibilities:
General Administrative Duties
· Recurring monthly billing
· Invoicing of Service calls and equipment Contracts
· Apply daily customer deposits.
· Respond to various customer requests regarding billing and payments.
· Collection of overdue accounts
· Any other departmental related tasks or requests.
· Month end reports and requests
Qualifications
· DEP or DEC in accounting or administration.
· Minimum 2-4 years’ experience
· Established knowledge of Microsoft Office suite software (e.g.Word, Excel, )
· Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French & English
· Strong organization and multi-tasking skills
