Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in Excel, QuickBooks, and bookkeeping. This position involves various administrative tasks that support our operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage order entry and ensure accurate processing of customer orders.
- Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Track shipments and manage logistics to ensure timely delivery.
- Create and maintain reports related to sales, inventory, and financial transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
- Strong bookkeeping skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Fluent in English and French is an asset
