Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism.
- Oversee phone systems to ensure effective communication within the office.
- Maintain accurate records for payroll and assist with payroll processing as needed.
- Handle vendor management tasks, including communication and contract administration.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Assist in budgeting processes by tracking expenses and preparing reports.
- Organize office supplies and maintain inventory levels to support daily operations.
- Collaborate with team members on various administrative projects and initiatives.
Experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is highly desirable for managing financial records.
- Previous experience with phone systems and front desk responsibilities is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with vendor management processes is a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for this role.
- A background in administrative support or clerical work will be beneficial.
