Job Title: Property Management Office Assistant
Number of positions: One
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of property management
- Maintain and update tenant and property records
- Process rent payments and manage accounts receivable
- Support property managers and office controller in administrative tasks
- Tenant filings to Landlord and Tenant Board (L1, L2)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management for a minimum of 1 year is an asset
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and property management software, Yardi is an asset
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Ontario’s residential tenancy laws is a plus
