Responsibilities
In this Accounts Payable Specialist position, you will:
- Manage payments via checks, ACH, and wire transfers to ensure timeliness.
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers, vendor statements, and bank accounts.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve inquiries, building positive relationships.
- Ensure AP practices comply with healthcare standards and support month-end closing with journal entries and reports.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in AP operations.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, we’re looking for candidates with:
- A minimum of 2 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
- A proactive, collaborative approach and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in the Manufacturing industry is a plus but not required.
