Hays Specialist Recruitment has partnered with a logistics company located in Mississauga, ON. We are looking to hire a AP Clerk to join their team on a contract basis of 2 months, which has the possibility of extension. This candidate will be working from their Mississauga Office on a hybrid basis after training

Your new role
- Process high-volume invoices with a focus on automation.
- Enter invoices into the system accurately and promptly.
- Handle queries and discrepancies related to invoices.
- Maintain up-to-date statements and records.
- Support two ongoing projects
- Manage a shared inbox for invoice processing.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle high volumes of invoices efficiently.
- Proficiency with accounting software and automated invoice processing systems.
- Excellent communication skills for handling queries and discrepancies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
