About the Position:
- Providing top-notch customer service as the first point of contact
- Communicating effectively and professionally, written and verbal
- Coordinating activities between various departments
- Organizing, problem solving; and multi-tasking
- Promoting a positive and friendly work environment
Responsibilities include:
- Assist in preparing quotes, ordering product, verifying and asset-tracking incoming shipments
- General bookkeeping duties which include recording payments, processing payables, invoicing, follow up on outstanding receivable accounts
- Assist in distribution of marketing materials
- Maintain client database and various related reports
- Other related administrative duties as required
Knowledge and abilities required would be obtained through the completion of a certificate/diploma in administration/bookkeeping combined with work experience; or a combination of training and experience. Office365 and QuickBooks experience is required.
