Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced candidate with previous Accounting and Finance experience in the Hotel industry.
Job Role:
· Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
. Prepare timely and accurate financial reporting for various purposes including banks, construction and taxation.
· Support the Company’s Senior Management with timely and relevant reporting for decision-making.
· Prepare a yearly budget and quarterly forecasts.
· Manage payroll, leases, and vendor contracts.
· Monitor and control expenses with the support of Hotel General Managers.
.Provide support for payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payments
.Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
.Perform bank reconciliations to maintain accurate cash flow records.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of accounting and finance experience
- Previous hotel accounting experience
- Accounting designation
- Strong computer skills including Accounting software, Microsoft Office products and QuickBooks
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ideal candidate is friendly, has a strong attention to detail, is self-motivated and can work independently and in a team environment.
