We make use of the latest technologies and platforms to boost online sales. Ventmere offers a vast catalog of products across all major online marketplaces on the planet.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure accurate records of online sales using sync or imports
Perform accounts payable functions
Prepare monthly reconciliation and payroll
Categorize bank and credit card transactions accurately
Review and record purchase orders and invoices
Perform general bookkeeping functions on QuickBooks Online
Assist in budgeting for marketing and purchasing
Assist in preparing financial statements
Manage the accounts payable automation in process and investigate and rectify any variances caused by unmatched purchase orders with supplier's invoices
Perform other general accounting related tasks when required
COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
Accounting: 3 years (required)
Experiences in Quickbooks Online
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, comfortable working with large amount of data
English (required)
Mandarin (preferred)

Salary: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
