Schedule – Monday to Friday
This position will work with the finance team to analyze and interpret driver trips to ensure the utmost accuracy of our billing and payroll activities. This position requires a highly motivated, detailed oriented and organized individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills and the availability to work independently .
Role
· Audit of unprofitable driver trips to ensure customer billing and driver pay accuracy.
· Communicate finding to billing department and/or operations when corrections are required and follow up on the resolution, escalating to senior levels when necessary.
· Identify systematic issues and actions them appropriately.
· Maintain impeccable records of trips analyzed, communication logs and the outcome of investigations.
· Communicate discovery to managers.
· Assist in creation of the audit schedule and determine.
· Prepare weekly reporting of findings for management.
Qualifications and Core Competencies:
· Undergraduate degree or college diploma
· Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
· Ability to consolidate, analyze and summarize large amounts of data from a variety of sources.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
· Strong communication, relationship building and problem-solving abilities.
· Self-starter with the ability to work independently
· 3+ year of experience in a similar or related role
· A1 and PC Miler experience considered and asset.
· Logistics experience is preferred but not required
