HNA Distribution is a growing company that distributes food products to grocery stores and restaurants across Canada, with a focus on Middle Eastern and Mediterranean markets. In business for over 5 years, we also offer our own private label products.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Office Administrator who can manage administrative tasks to keep our operations running smoothly. QuickBooks proficiency is required and will be tested in the interview. Training for other tasks will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle invoicing, payments, and customer outreach
- Record transactions in QuickBooks and banking systems
- Collaborate with the bookkeeper to reconcile accounts
- Perform general office admin tasks
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in office management, administration, or billing
- Strong QuickBooks skills (mandatory)
- Proficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills
- Self-starter with excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Available 5 days a week, starting at 8 AM
Location: SCARBOROUGH NEAR 404 and KENNEDY
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
