Bookkeeper/Business Administrator
We are in need of a leader to help run all office and accounting tasks. This includes continuing with or building new processes and using your experience to make our office run as smoothly as possible.

Responsibilities
- Completion of all bookkeeping functions using Quickbooks
- Completion of all government returns including HST returns, government remittances & ROE’s
- Completing bi-monthly Payroll using Quickbooks, Rise payment software
- Use of Freshbooks for all invoicing and credit card payments
- Full cycle Payables/Receivables
- Developing strategic planning deliverables & forecasts for both revenue and payables
- Interface with management team members to aid and ensure all targets are being met
- Assist the CEO with ongoing business administration tasks
- Interface with existing accountant firm to complete annual year-end statements
- Bringer of smiles to a friendly, vibrant company staff
- Aid in ongoing office management tasks for a vibrant advertising staff
Skills Include:
- 4+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Experience with Financial Software (Quickbooks/Freshbooks/Rise Payroll etc),
- Excellent accounting and analytical skills including journal entry, audit, GL, AR, AP,
- Experience with various government remittance forms & payroll
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite and spreadsheet creation
- Experience with and affinity for process development, improvement and implementation
- Experience with financial planning and reporting is a plus.
- Impeccable organizational, interpersonal and communications skills
- Task driven & execution focused
- Fluent written and verbal english communication
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced environment with strong, attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
