Job Summary:
We are looking to fill an Administrative Support role to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide crucial support to our sales, marketing, logistics and accounting departments, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Duties:
- Coordinate with retail customers to provide product information and resolve issues
- Assist in accurate and efficient order processing
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals
· Assist in customer submission forms.
· Assist in preparation of customer presentations.
· Manage all account specific portals with focus on Walmart, Loblaws, and GS1.
· Assist in running customer sell through reporting.
· Manage all customer sample requests and in-office sample inventory
· Liaison with marketing to ensure timely and accurate information is shared with Key Account Managers.
· Assist in proofreading copywriting on product artwork.
· Maintain customer websites with the most up to date content and images.
· Assist in updating company website content and images.
· Assist in creating Master Price Quotes and Sales deck of images for all programs.
· Assisting in maintaining product forecast template ensuring
· Maintain all information required for the SQF (Safe Quality Food) program.
· Maintain Preventative Control Plan.
· Liaison with Finance to gather support documents when required for deductions.
· Create licensing placement reports on a quarterly basis.
· Trade show support.
Skills:
- Strong background in customer service
- Proficiency in technology tools and software
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
- Experience in inside or technical sales is advantageous
