Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Receivable Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our administrative functions For our AR and Collections departmen.
This position requires strong clerical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency in various administrative tasks.
The Account Administrator will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining records, and providing exceptional support to our team and clients.
Duties
- Manage and maintain client accounts with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize QuickBooks for account management and financial record-keeping.
- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism before distribution.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance customer support.
Experience
- Previous experience as an administrative clerk or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Proficiency in clerical tasks, including data entry and document preparation.
- Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software is beneficial.
- Excellent proofreading skills to maintain high-quality documentation.
