- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes for high-rise development projects.
- Manage and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Skills and Experience:
- Accounting Expertise: Proven experience in financial management within the high-rise development sector.

- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in a financial management role, with significant experience in high-rise or real estate development projects.
