As the Accountant, you will play an integral role in our team and will be responsible for managing various bookkeeping tasks. The role requires comfort with working with numbers, strong attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly.

Job Title – Accountant
Location – Orangeville, ON
Department – Finance & Administration
Reporting Manager – Controller
Full vs. Part-Time - Full-time, in-person. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Process invoices, payments, and expenses
- Record financial transactions in Sage Business Vision
- General Ledger Account analysis and reconciliation
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Assist with month-end close
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions
- Communicate with vendors, customers, and team members as needed
- Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned by the manager
- Maintains compliance with all ATP policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of SAGE Business Vision an asset
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word and Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
