We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Total Rewards and HR/ Payroll Systems Expert! Fabulous opportunity for an accomplished and talented leader!

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and managing compensation, incentive and benefit programs that align with our organizational goals. This position requires a strong understanding of compensation structures, market trends, HRIS systems and processes that are effective and efficient.
Compensation & Benefits
Design, optimize and execute compensation and benefits programs aligned with company strategy including base pay, bonuses, benefits to attract and retain top talent. Job evaluations, salary analysis, participate in succession planning. Provide internal compensation support to team, Senior Leadership and advise of market trends, legislative compliance. Conduct market research to benchmark compensation practices against industry standards.
HRIS/ PAYROLL
Maintain and improve HR information systems, ensuring data quality and efficient operation. Generate reports, HRIS tech support, Enhance and improve IS databases, participate on HR database projects, govern data with security and privacy legislation compliance, adminstrator of all systems rights and user access, oversee system maintenance and digitization, relocation processstakeholders. Oversee implementation of payroll processes, Monitor and control implementation of the payroll process, review reports identify patterns of errors and improve payroll processes.
Process Improvement and Analytics:
Drive HR digitalization initiatives and develop key HR metrics and analytics dashboards. Oversee monthly HR metrics reports, provide expert advice and training on data usage and interpretation, Lead large-scale programs and performance projects across multiple HR areas, Develop mechanisms to monitor HR effectiveness and performance, identifying trends, enhance data management and analytics, ensure accuracy and timely preparation of reports and scorecards.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and 10+years experience
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, ADP,WorkforceNow, UKG Workforce Dimensions, Oracle, SAP, data analysis
- 6+ years of HRIS experience at senior management level in complex environments.
- 5+ years of experience in coaching and leading teams.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and innovate compensation plans.
- Solid experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis, particularly in survey design and statistical modeling.
- Expertise in compensation, benefits, and rewards functions.
- Knowledge of incentive and recognition-based compensation programs.
- Experience in preparing and presenting reports for boards and committees.
- Viewed as an expert in the fields of compensation, metrics, systems.
