Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Credit and Customer Support Analyst to help drive our success and support our growing customer base. As a Credit and Customer Support Analyst, you will support the operations of our financial technology company by analyzing customer applications, reviewing financial and bank account data, and processing loans. You will interact directly with clients, helping them through the loan application process, resolving inquiries, and addressing concerns. Your work will ensure efficient, accurate service, and positive customer experiences.
Your role will include, but will not be limited to:
- Analyzing customer applications, financial statements, and bank account data to assess creditworthiness
- Calculating lending ratios and make recommendations on loan approval
- Processing and issuing loans, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
- Communicating with clients about their applications, loan status, and payment schedules
- Resolving customer concerns and inquiries related to loan terms, payments, and account management
- Collaborating with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction
- Monitoring and follow up on loan repayments, ensuring adherence to payment schedules
- Maintaining accurate records of loan activities and client interactions
Required Skills, Knowledge or Experience
- College or university degree in finance, accounting, business, math, economics, or a related field
- One to two (1-2) years of experience in credit analysis, financial services, or customer support
- Strong knowledge of financial data analysis and lending ratios
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage sensitive client information with professionalism and discretion
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs)
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
Salary & Benefits
- $60,000 - $70,000 per year
