Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient office operations.
Duties
- Maintain and organize physical and digital files
- Assist with data entry and record-keeping
- Coordinate appointments and meetings
- Conduct clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
- Accounting support

-Ongoing commitment to learning up to date best practices & services for People Who Use Drugs.
-Ability to handle information with confidentiality.
-The ability to work with empathy and boundaries to communicate with and empower participants.
-Listening and information seeking skills that allow communication & cooperative problem solving
-Conflict resolution skills and ability to establish trust with participants and staff
-Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position
-Proficiency in programs including but not limited to Adobe, Excel, and Bookkeeping.
-Organized Self Starter who can work independently.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 24 per week
