## Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Controller to join our team. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities of the organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial operations.
## Duties
- Manage all aspects of accounting including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and account reconciliation
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance
- Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits
- Utilize accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage for financial transactions
## Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA certification preferred
- Proven experience as a Controller or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
