Payroll Administrator
14-Month Maternity Leave Contract

Portfolio Payroll is curently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator with our client, a leading manufacturing organization based in Guelph, Ontario.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for over 150 employees on a weekly cycle.
- Maintain payroll records for salaried and hourly employees.
- Handle journal entries and manage accounts receivable related to payroll.
- Oversee the time attendance system to ensure accurate tracking of employee hours.
Requirements:
- Must have experience with ADP payroll systems.
- Strong legislative knowledge and experience are highly preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- PCP Designation an asset
