RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide Office support:
- Type correspondence, reports and other documents
- Maintain office files
- Receive and respond to email
- On-line research
- Schedule meetings / Project Site Visits / Create project proposals
2. Provide receptionist service:
- Greet and assist visitors
- Customer Service
- Answer phones – front line point of contact
- Direct calls and respond to inquiries
3. Perform other related duties as required.
