We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Administrator to join our dynamic HR team. This role is essential in supporting various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee training development, and human resources management. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of HR systems such as Oracle, Salesforce, UltiPro, and ADP. This position requires a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Duties
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding procedures.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and promote professional growth.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases.
- Support talent acquisition efforts by collaborating with department heads to identify staffing needs.
- Communicate effectively with employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Participate in the development of HR initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and retention.
- Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback for continuous improvement of the workplace environment.
- Manage administratively timekeeping system and assist payroll in ensuring attendance and leave data is accurately captured.
- Maintain office filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring records are organized and accessible.
Skills
- Bilingual (Mandarin & English)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in office administration and human resources.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs.
- Strong understanding of human resources management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
- Ability to develop training programs that align with organizational goals.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Problem-solving abilities to address employee concerns and improve HR processes.
