Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant/Bookkeeper at Professional Car Carriers Ltd located in Vaughan, ON. The Accountant/Bookkeeper will be responsible for handling financial transactions, preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, processing payroll, and maintaining financial records.

Responsibilities
- Assist with all aspects of the company's financial transactions both payables and receivables
- Assist in performing bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Assist in processing payroll and maintaining payroll records
- Assist in preparing and analyzing financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets
- Assist in conducting account reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Utilize Sage accounting software maintain financial records
- Handle journal entries for financial transactions
-Assist with Tax Preparation and quarterly HST
-Assist in year end financial closings
Skills
- Proficiency in accounting principles and practices
- Experience with payroll processing and bank reconciliation
- full knowledge of Sage accounting software
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and budgeting
-Strong understanding of Tax preparation and regulations
-Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, particularly excel
