Job Description
Kitchen Hub is looking for a new team member to join our growing finance and administration team. We are seeking to add a detail-oriented and motivated bookkeeper who wishes to utilize their bookkeeping experience in a fun and dynamic entrepreneurial company.
As a Kitchen Hub Bookkeeper, You Are

- A Greater Toronto Area resident, excited to work with us in our West End office a minimum 3 days a week
What You Will Do
- Maintain, monitor and reconcile GL accounts, including cash, bank reconciliations, prepaid expenses, accounts receivable, accounts payable, accrued liabilities and intercompany transfers
- Oversee the processing and monitoring of Accounts Receivable
- Oversee the processing and monitoring of Accounts Payable
- Respond to partners’ invoicing inquiries
- Prepare monthly payroll and journal entries
- Posting monthly, quarterly and year-end adjusting entries as required
- Assist on other ad-hoc tasks for month-end closing
Qualifications
- Accounting degree, diploma and/or certificate
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a bookkeeping role within a small to medium-sized business (ideally in high growth)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and Google Suite software
- Proficiency in Xero or QuickBooks, or a similar accounting software
- Experience with Float, Plooto, 7 Shifts, and Rippling are a plus
- Previous experience in real estate, property management or facilities management is an asset

The Pay Range For This Role Is
40,000 - 45,000 CAD per year(GTA)
