Accounts Receivable/Administration Clerk
- Maintain precise records of all incoming payments
- Prepare and send invoices to clients
- Contact clients as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices
- Reconcile any irregularities in receipts
- Process small debt actions/liens
- Set up instore credit/cash accounts
- Prepare daily sales reports and bank deposits
- Ensure accuracy and prepare credit invoices
- Work collaboratively with accounts payable and other accounting staff to ensure accuracy in finances
- Filing, answering/directing incoming calls, backup cashiers when needed, help with other jobs as needed.
You should have excellent communication and record-keeping skills, be detail-oriented, organized and self-motivated with strong math and computer skills.
$20+ depending on experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
