Bravo Restoration Services DKI, is a restoration company that services the East Kootenays. We are currently seeking a full-time/part-time Office Assistant to join our team in Cranbrook, B.C.

Responsibilities will include

Invoicing projects to insurance companies
Answering phones and filing
Supporting company operations by maintaining office systems
All bookkeeping duties as requested by management

Qualifications and Qualities

Quickbooks Experience is required
Bookkeeping experience is an asset
Knowledge of insurance industry is an asset
The candidate will be an energetic and outgoing person who is comfortable working in a fast-paced office
The candidate will be detail oriented and desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
Proficient with Excel and Word
Valid drivers’ licence is required
Must live within 50 km of Cranbrook, B.C.

Wage is dependent on experience.
