Bookkeeper/Administrator!
We’re seeking a meticulous and organized individual with a
passion for detail and a drive to excel.
Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping: Invoice customers, post payments, collections,
pay contractors and vendors using QuickBooks Enterprise.
Administration: Work with our training administration team to track and plan for
jobs and resources.
Health & Safety: Manage client compliance requirements for health and safety
standards and manage external safety and quality audits to ensure adherence to
regulations.
Requirements:
Formal Training: Proven bookkeeping education and minimum 5 years experience.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Office, and Google Suite.
Experience with QuickBooks Desktop is essential.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and thoroughness in a deadline
driven environment.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and
effectively.
Health & Safety Knowledge: Background in health & safety practices and
familiarity with quality management programs are a must.
