- Invoicing , Processing driver Payroll.
- Monthly Closeout.
- Producing customized A/R lists monthly, and pursuing all outstanding invoices.
- Providing customer's with statements.
- Communicate and solve issues with Customers.
- Liaison with carriers for day to day operations and issue resolution.
- Regular interaction with internal and external customers.
- Full knowledge of Transportation an asset
- Responsible to meet billing weekly and monthly SLA’s
- Must know Fleet Manager
- Quick book.
- Must know the North American Market and very familiar with rate/ load coverage.
- Entering sub-trade and vendor invoices, and reconciling statements to keep accounts current.
- Other work related duties as assigned.
