Our growing Chartered Professional Accounting practice is searching for an experienced staff accountant for a diversified role including preparation of compilation, review and audit engagement files including corporate and personal tax planning and preparation.
The position is suited to a highly motivated individual who is able to communicate effectively with clients, apply common sense, is results driven, has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.

The ideal candidate with possess the following skills and qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skillsBachelor degree in a related discipline with a CPA designation
-A minimum of 3 years relevant business experience as an accountant within a CPA firm
-A good knowledge of ASPE and CAS as well as experience with Caseware, Caseview, Taxprep/Profile, Quickbooks and Simply accounting
-Strong interpersonal skills for developing and maintaining effective working relationships both internally and externally
