Job Overview
Seeking a Customer Service / AR & AP Associate to assist with day-to-day administration and support of the sales team.
Duties:
Preparing, posting, and recording customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable, collections, bank deposits, processing sales orders via telephone/e-mail, general administration and customer service duties, EDI support for key retail & distributor accounts, report generation and analysis.
Requirements
· Education or experience in customer service, administration, accounts payable and receivable fields.
· Self-starter who will thrive within a team atmosphere.
· Ability to win customer mindshare.
· Strong written and verbal skills
· Must be comfortable in a collaborative and consensus-oriented organization.
· Ability to follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
· SPS Commerce/EDI training and knowledge is an asset.
