A leading Strata Management Company is looking for an Administrative Assistant working with Strata Managers
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
*Answering Phone Calls/Emails;
* Assisting Property Manager;
* Client Services;
* Document production & distribution (letters, meeting minutes, building notices etc);
*Form B & Form F Preparations;
* Tracking and logging information;
* Utilizing a variety of computer and web-based programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and accounting software;
* Photocopy/Data Entry;
* Other administrative duties.
Requirements:
* Strong verbal and written communication skill
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task in a large volume, fast-paced environment
*do what it takes" attitude to meet tight deadlines and be a contributing member in a team environment
* Proven efficiency in Excel and word
* Accounting/Bookkeeping Experience not required, but definitely an asset.
There is an opportunity for advancement to become Strata Manager.
