We are currently looking for an accounts receivable / invoicing clerk to join our finance team in Ottawa! This is an exciting opportutiny to join a dynamic and great workplace!

Role and responsibilities:

Responsible for invoicing all contract jobs and counter sales orders;
Sort invoices with corresponding bill of ladings ;
Preparation of weekly and monthly reports as set out by AR/Credit Manager.
Compile information monthly for large progress billings;
Communicate with the Contract Administrator on extra to contract invoicing and discrepancies.
Follow up on disputed files (find explanations for discrepancies in quantities, back charges, etc.)

Qualifications:

2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role;
Professional or college diploma in accounting is an asset;
Bilingual (English and French a strong asset);
Experience working with an accounting software;
Efficiency with Google, Word and Excel;
Team player, initative and autonomy.
