In this role, you would be part of a dynamic team, bringing more clean technologies to market. You will play a key role in supporting the management team with finance, payroll and bookkeeping related tasks. The Finance and Payroll Administrator candidate will be detail-oriented, and highly organized. The role will provide exposure to various aspects of business.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage accounts receivables and payables process
- Maintain records of invoices and expenses
- Identify and resolve account discrepancies
- Manage the day-to-day recording of financial transactions and posting process
- Support and administer the payroll process
- Manage and administer KPM Power’s internal and external benefits programs
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Have at least 3 years experience in a similar capacity
- Completed of a post-secondary program in Business Administration or a related discipline
- Working knowledge of relevant legal payroll regulations is an asset
- Experience with QuickBooks, and ADP TeamPay is an asset
- Someone with the discretion, tact, and attention to detail
- Pro-active and dynamic attitude focused on delivering results
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Ability to work under minimal supervision while taking direction from experienced colleagues
- Proficiency with all Microsoft Applications (i.e., Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Valid driver’s license is an asset for cheque runs

Work schedule: Business hours, Monday - Friday
Salary: $50,000-$55,000 Base, plus benefits and bonus
