We have an opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk role to join our
Accounting Team.
As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will provide financial and administrative services to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of operations. You will process invoices, monitor and follow up incoming payments which includes verifying and posting revenue in the ERP system. In addition, you will prepare and collect reports for the sales team.
In this role, you will:
- Assist invoicing and credit notes process
- Post incoming payments in the ERP system
- Apply and follow up on payments received from customers
- Reconcile schedules for revenue and GL items for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing
- Work with customers and the sales support team on collections
- Prepare collection reports for the sales team
- Create new customer accounts in the ERP system
- Answer inquiries from external customers and internal stakeholders in a professional manner
- Assist in testing data during ERP maintenance and integration
- Prepare audit schedules and liaison with external auditors
- Participate in special projects of the accounting team
- Assist ad hoc request
You are a great fit if you have:
- At least 2 years or more of accounts receivable experience
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel
- Effective communication (verbal and written) skills
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as part of the team
- Initiative, ability to adapt and learn new skills quickly and independently
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Bonus points if you:
- Enrolled in a professional designation accounting program such as CPA
- Have experience with ERP systems
- Have an interest in the technology sector

The pay range for this role is $55,000 and $58,000 depending on experience.
