Position: Accounts Payable Administrator
Location: Downtown Toronto
Salary: $60K–$70K, commensurate with experience
Hybrid Work Schedule: 3 days onsite
Hours: 37.5 fromMonday to Friday, standard business hours

Quantum is collaborating with a renowned professional services firm in downtown Toronto to recruit an Accounts Payable Administrator for a permanent role. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, capable of managing accounts payable processes while fostering strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Accounts Payable: Manage invoice tracking, coding, approvals, and payments while building strong vendor relationships.
- Accounts Receivable Support: Facilitate invoicing, collections, and deposits, ensuring smooth client interactions.
- Payment Execution: Process wire transfers, ACH, and cheques; work with banks on cash management needs.
- Vendor & Client Communication: Maintain positive relationships with vendors, clients, and internal teams through clear, timely communication.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: University degree or college diploma in accounting or finance.
- Experience: 2-3 years in accounts payable/receivable or accounting administration.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with accounting software (Sage, Concur is a plus) and Microsoft Office.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills and a commitment to accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and support collaborative work with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
