Schreiber Brothers Limited is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Administrator, AP & Payroll Clerk.

Responsibilities:
Office Management:
- Maintain inventory and order office supplies as needed.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Greet visitors, answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle correspondence.
- Oversee office maintenance and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
- Take on special projects as needed, which may span different areas of the business.
- Maintain general upkeep and organization of the office environment.
- Proactively offering support to colleagues to enhance overall productivity
Payroll:
- Support the administration of weekly payroll including entering timesheets and verifying data.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining of payroll and related government remittances/filings.
- Prepare reports for field and management
Accounts Payable (AP) - Job Costing:
- Process accounts payable, prepare invoices, input data, and process cheques.
- Approve vendor invoices and ensure timely processing within established guidelines.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, gas cards, etc.
- Assist with administrative aspects of projects, including document preparation and data entry.
Accounts Receivable (AR):
- Assist with accounts receivables management, including invoice processing and payment collections.
- Ensure timely collection of payments.
- Act as a backup for company AR processing.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Jonas Construction Software is an asset.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Certificate or Diploma in Bookkeeping, Business Administration, or Accounting.
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative role with some bookkeeping responsibilities.
- Must present a positive attitude and always have a respectful and pleasant demeanor when interacting with customers, vendors, employees, and management.

- Location: In office, Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Brockley Drive, Hamilton, ON
- Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 plus benefits - competitive based on experience.
