We are hiring for Second Bind who pioneers in environmental innovation, transforming clutter into purpose for a sustainable future. We are looking for an Executive Assistant who will provide administrative support to the management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Executive Inbox and Calendar: Prioritize emails, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for the executive team, ensuring efficient time management and organization
- Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including expense tracking, invoice and vendor payment management, ensuring transparency and accountability in financial transactions
- Organized Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including document preparation, data entry, and filing, ensuring smooth workflow and easy retrieval of information
- Communication Management: Facilitate clear and timely communication within the team and with external stakeholders, ensuring that messages are conveyed accurately and promptly
- Hybrid/Remote Work Coordination: Effectively manage tasks and responsibilities in both hybrid and remote work environments, utilizing digital communication tools and platforms to stay connected and productive
- Tech-Savvy Project Management: Utilize project and time management tools proficiently to streamline workflows, track progress, and optimize productivity, leveraging platforms such as Click Up and Google Calendar
Requirements
- Bachelor's or college degree in Business, Finance, or any related field
- Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to work in a hybrid or remote capacity, with a reliable internet connection
- Proficiency in project and time management tools
- Must be comfortable with technology and have a solid understanding of digital tools and platforms
- Experience with basic bookkeeping, preferably using Quickbooks
- Previous experience in warehouse operations and logistics an advantage
