Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant / Bookkeeper / Office manager. This person will be responsible for daily accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, general ledger entries, and financial statement preparation bank wires and Reconciling accounts using cosmollex. They will also be responsible for invoicing and tracking expenses. This person will collaborate with the legal team to ensure accurate financial records and compliance with regulations.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Cosmollex software and accounting principles and practices.
- Experience with bookkeeping and general ledger entries
- Proficiency in financial statement preparation and analysis
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Some Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance
- Experience in the legal or real estate industry is a plus
