As our next Accountant, you’ll be at the forefront of financial statement analysis and month-end processes. Your expertise in accounting and finance will be crucial in driving our success and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Maintain financial control and plant performance reporting system (financial statements, KPIs) in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare balance sheet review packages for the parent company under IFRS guidelines.
- Conduct full cycle monthly closing (AR, AP, Inventory, & Fixed Assets on a 2-day close cycle).
- Ensure G/L mapping is correct and in accordance with parent company guidelines.
- Submit monthly financial results to the parent company.
- Maintain inventory valuation and analysis; coordinate physical inventory and reconcile with book amounts.
- Review all journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Analyze variances and report on significant issues.
- Develop ad hoc models to support materials, engineering, human resources, and operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of accounting/finance experience (preferably in a manufacturing environment).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to interact effectively with management, plant personnel, auditors, and various finance personnel at other divisions.
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.
