Your Role and Responsibilities:
As an Accounting Clerk, you’ll play a vital role in our financial operations, including:
Reconciling and posting vehicle deals.
Processing timely vehicle payouts.
Reconciling and posting daily cash receipts.
Managing accounts payable, including running monthly cheque runs.
Monitoring receivables and ensuring timely collections.
Reconciling schedules and assisting with month-end processes.

- Preparing monthly bonus support for sales staff.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a candidate who brings:
Experience: 2+ years in automotive accounting
Systems knowledge: PBS experience is a definite bonus
Education: Minimum High School Diploma; College Degree in accounting is an asset.
Qualities: Reliable, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a a positive team-oriented attitude.
Commitment: A proactive approach and a willingness to learn and grow.
