About this role
We are recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our Burnaby office.
This position reports to the Director, Finance with day-to-day direction from the Accounts Receivable Team Lead.
Here's how your role will strengthen our team.
Your responsibilities

Data entry into ERP system
-
Record daily deposits
-
Follow up with customers regarding cash receipts, credits, over/under payments, and overdue invoices

Assist Project managers, Service Coordinators, and Customers with AR related inquiries

Send customer statements monthly

Assist with credit card fee allocations

Follow up with customers to ensure correct contact details in our system

Assist with other Accounts Receivable functions as necessary
Your experience and skills
-
High School diploma
-
1 year of experience in a similar position or any entry level finance/accounting position an asset

Strong proficiency using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Able to work under pressure

Detail-oriented
-
Customer-service driven
-
Able to work as a member of a team
-
Experience in construction industry accounting, or credit training an asset
